銅鑼能創造了一個深刻、音波廣濶、延轉、放鬆的海洋聲音。不只激活副交感神經系統,以平衡過度放大興奮的交感神經系統狀態。
銅鑼的聲音輕輕地迴盪過來,圍繞和穿過整個身體,帶來平靜、放鬆和舒緩感覺。通常,聆聽者的心跳漸漸減慢,血壓下降並且呼吸恢復到其自然節律。
日漸流行Gong Bath 不單只是單純的身心放鬆。 在指導下,恆常深度調頻,我們能夠打開心靈大門,重拾內在平靜和溫柔力量,浸沈在整體共振中,你不再被外界牽制,一步一步走上自主、自由,實現真實、豐盛之路。
Brenda 會用印度小風琴、舌鼓、美洲笛及來自大自然原素的不同音療工具帶領大家走入內心、引領大家編織心靈相聚美好時光。
內容:熱身、呼吸、調頻、聲音冥想、整合反思
備註: 穿著寬身衣服,當然日而輕食。
